Tia PIA Qture wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive in making our products well the first time around. We're always available and happy to help with any questions and ready to assist when picking the correct size.
Yarn can be very particular. even on the first wear if it is not handled correctly. It can lose its shape (out stretch for example) or hold on to odors (perfume, tobacco in all its forms, etc). This is the reason that Tia PIA Qture does not accept returns or accept exchanges. So please play close attention to the measurements of the piece being brought.
Once an order has been placed, if you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it's been shipped. Orders will be shipped 72 hours after order has been placed.
